I can’t find a phone number for the restaurant. I will try to confirm they are actually open this time before I try to eat there. Better stay tuned to twitter, huh?

A co-worker stopped into Pho Vinh Long this past weekend and the owner just happened to be there. He gave my co-worker a tour of the whole place. He said it looked incredible and made him that much more excited for it to open!

Hopefully they will indeed be able to open in just a week (the 22nd) – there is a lot of buzz about the place…they should do well as long as the food/service lives up to the expectations.
Please comment on recommendations for folks who want to try Vietnamese for the first time.
